For a long time I’ve wanted to make this list of play parks with Accessible Play Equipment - it’s extremely sad that there aren’t more parks with accessible equipment because going to the park should be inclusive for all children to enjoy! I haven’t visited all of these parks so I’ve linked the ones we have been to and given you as best information possible for the ones we haven’t been to! Kelling Heath Holiday Park is set amongst 300 acres of woodland and rare open heathland; in an area of outstanding natural beauty and it is open to the general public to use a range of their facilities including their incredible new play parks! There are 2 new parks , the smaller of the two, for younger children, is in the village square. The larger equipment is located at the sports field where there is a huge new children’s adventure playground as well as the older equipment which is also brilliant! They hold an Artisan Sunday Market each Sunday through the summer- between 10am-3pm & also have pop up street food outlets on selected evenings! Well this was a hard list to make, but one question we get asked all of time is “what’s your favourite park?!” So here are 10 that we love! We couldn’t choose them all and it was so tough for some not to make the cut!
